Exchange and Return Policies

Exchange Policy
Exchanges must be made within 60 days of the date of purchase. Items can only be exchanged for equal or lesser value. If it is of lesser value, the difference will be refunded back to you. We do not offer credit notes. All refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. 

The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from any odors and in the original packaging with tags still attached. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sale-able condition. If your exchange is inside of those parameters, we will initiate a return and then you may repurchase the desired item in a new order. 

To start the exchange process, please input your information and select the order that involves your return. Once you open up the order,  click "request return" in the right hand corner. Proceed to select the item and reason for your return. In the notes area please indicate the size/color of the desired exchange item. Your request will then be reviewed and approved or denied. If approved, you will receive a return label. If denied, you will receive a notification for the reason. Once you have mailed back the original item, we will send the exchanged item to you. You may also email us directly to initiate an exchange. 

Return shipping costs are free for US customers. International customers will cover the cost of return shipping, except in any case where we are responsible for the cause of the return or exchange.

All sales are final on sale items.

Opened CDs, DVDs, and Vinyl Records may not be exchanged.

Signed items are final sale, and no refunds or exchanges are permitted for any reason.

Defective Items
These situations are rare but they do happen! Please provide us with pictures of the defective product. The item must be unworn,unwashed, unaltered, free from any odors and in the original packaging with tags still attached. We will send you a return label to send back the original item to us.

Once you have mailed back the original item, we will refund you in full or send the originally intended product not defective. If returning, please allow 5-10 business days for your bank to release the funds back to your account. We do not offer credit notes. All refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.
