My sweatshirt came damaged. The vinyl letters were melted together. I reached out immediately and have sent 4 emails and have gotten NO response. It was a Christmas gift and my daughter will be so disappointed. 😞

Very, very disappointed in the quality of the sweatshirt. I purchased my other two sweatshirts in black and burgundy when they were first introduced on Maverick City‘s tour. The quality of my two older sweatshirts far surpass the quality of the sweatshirt that I just received. Also, it is not forest green. It’s more like a Christmas green, which is not what I wanted at all. Very disappointed!

But wifey loves it.
