I’ve been reaching out every way possible trying to get in touch with someone to help since my order from the beginning of this month and I have heard absolutely nothing regarding my recent purchase. THE WRONG ITEMS were sent to me and I have sent picture proof and still I haven’t heard a thing. This is close to my last resort before I take further action, but I would love for some sort of explanation/refund/replacement as to why the wrong items were sent to me.
I’d been chatting with someone on the website from Friday 4/18 to Sunday 4/20 and they asked me to send pictures which I sent and I haven’t heard anything back and it is now Wednesday 4/30. I even emailed on 4/23 and got a generic response that they would respond in 24-48 hours and it is way beyond that point now.
I placed 2 separate orders and did not receive the correct items in BOTH. The shirts I received were not even pictured on the website that way anyhow.
Very disappointed and HIGHLY recommend never ordering from here because the customer service is awful.
