How long till my package ships out?
Our fulfillment center works very hard to get orders out quickly. The average time is 1-2 days for your order to be packaged and shipped, excluding U.S. Holidays and pre-orders. However, in some instances, due to high demand, longer shipment timelines may apply. We will do our best to disclose these timelines to you when purchasing. Shipping and delivery dates aren’t guaranteed unless otherwise noted.

 

How Can I track my package?
Once it is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Make sure to check all inboxes, including your spam folder, if you can’t find your shipping confirmation. Please note it can sometimes take up to 3 days for your tracking link to update. 

Once an order leaves our warehouse, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We unfortunately can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse. Contacting the carrier is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.

 

I received Tracking information but my package hasn’t arrived. What does that mean?
If you have received tracking information but your order still has not arrived, you have up to 30 days from the date of receiving your shipping notice email and tracking link to claim your package as lost in order to receive a refund for your missing item(s), or a reshipment if stock permits.


My tracking says it’s been delivered but I don’t see it. What should I do?
Please note, carriers will mark a package as delivered before they actually deliver it. Though unusual, this can happen up to 5 days before an item is actually delivered. Be sure to check with your neighbors to see if the package was left with them. Please email us within 30 days of receiving your tracking information if your package hasn’t turned up. You can also reach out to the carrier if you have any questions while we investigate on our end for you.


I got an email letting me know that my order was unable to be delivered due to my address? What should I do?
Sometimes the postal service runs into limitations when it comes to deliveries. You may experience this more if you are outside of the United States and ordering from us. Unfortunately, once it has begun the shipping process and in the hands of the postal service, there are limited things we can do. In this situation, please reach out to us to confirm your mailing address was correct in the original order. If this was indeed the correct address and it was not able to be delivered there, please provide us with an alternative address and we will try to resend the order to you there at no cost to you.


I live outside of the United States, how long will it take for my order to get to me?
International orders have an extended shipment timeline. Depending on where you are located, once your package ships, it could be an average of 6-8 weeks. If it has been longer than that, please reach out to us to look further into the matter.


How can I check the status of my order?
You have three options to check on your order status:

  • Once you complete your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. After your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email letting you know, as well as a tracking number you can utilize to keep tabs on where your package is at in the process. Once your order has been delivered, you will then also receive an email letting you know.
  • Login to our website and click on the account icon in the upper right hand corner. If you have not already made an account, you will be prompted to do so. Once you login with the email used for your previous purchase(s), you will be able to see all of your orders and check their status.
  • Use our chat in the bottom right hand corner of our website and put in your confirmation code to track your order.

    Please email us if the following applies to you:

    • For orders shipping within the US: if you have not received your package within 2-3 weeks after it ships, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue for you.
    • For orders shipping outside of the US: if you have not received your package within 4 weeks after it ships, please email us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue for you.
    • If you receive tracking on an order but it has not been updated beyond the “pre-shipment” or “label created” stage within 2 weeks, please email us to look into it for you.
